Consumer/postpaid and business accounts with up to 20 lines can save $10 with digital payments by:
- Paying as a guest without logging in, or make a guest payment for someone else.
- Paying online from your T-Mobile account.
- Get yourbill and payment optionsorview and download past bills.
- Make a one-time device payment device payment on your Equipment Installment Plan. For multiple lines, use the gray arrow to view details.
- Using the T-Mobile app to make a payment. Go to the Bill tab.
- Using the page for billing clarification.

AutoPay
Never miss a payment with AutoPay. This free service saves your payment methods to automatically pay your T-Mobile bill by deducting payments from your credit card or checking account.

Bill pay from your bank
Using bill pay from your bank is straightforward - provide your bank with the payee details to set up (or change from your Sprint account) bill pay from your bank account.
- Bill pay is a straightforward service offered by many banks and credit unions that lets you set up bill payments.
- To set up or change bill pay, you can call your financial institution or log in to your bank account online.
- If setting up bill pay for the first time, you may need to add T-Mobile as a provider through your bank.
- Once set up is authorized by you, all scheduled payments will be handled by your bank. If payment issues arise, T-Mobile does not have access to view or modify your scheduled bank payments.
- During the process you'll need to provide the following details:
- T-Mobile account number, which can be located on the Account tab in the T-Mobile app, in your account online, or on your paper bill
- Payee name: T-Mobile

Use yourT-Mobile MONEY debit card to make a one-time payment or for AutoPay. If you’re not already receiving the benefits of T-Mobile Money, sign up online atwww.T-MobileMoney.com.

Effective July 19, 2023, there will be an In-Store Payment Support Charge of $5 plus applicable tax on in-store bill payments.

T-Mobile for Business Customer: Manage payments in the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub portal.
T Life app
Add a payment
- Download and log in to T Life app.
- Select Manage Tab and Select Make a payment.
- Select Add payment method.
- Enter your payment details. Note: This card can be saved to the wallet or set up as default.
- Select Continue to finish adding the card. You can have up to 10 payment methods.
Edit a payment
- Download and log in to T Life app.
- Select Manage Tab and Select Make a payment.
- Select Add payment method.
- Select Edit on the desired card and Edit card details.
- Select Continue or Select Delete card to remove the credit or debit card.
