To reach the Stage Stores Credit Card customer service, call (800) 315-7260 and say “I don't have it” when prompted to enter your account number or Social Security number. This process will get you in contact with a live representative who should be able to answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate department.
How to Talk to the Stage Stores Credit Card Customer Service
- Call the Stage Stores Credit Card customer service department at (800) 315-7260. You can also use the number you see on the back of your card.
- When prompted to enter your 16-digit account number, say “I don't have it.”
- When asked to say your Social Security number, say “I don't have it” once more.

The Bealls credit cards can only be used at Bealls stores. Also, you won't be able to use the card at ATMs to withdraw money.

If you lost your Stage Stores Credit Card, please notify Customer Care at 1-800-315-7260 as soon as possible.
The old card will be deactivated and you will be issued a replacement card with a new number.

A fair credit score is needed to get the Stage Stores Credit Card. That's a credit score of at least 640.
However, please note that in order to make a decision, the issuer will look at other factors as well, such as yourcredit history, income, and debt.

You can request a Stage Stores Credit Card credit limit increase by contacting Customer Care at 1-800-315-7260or from your online account in the Current Credit Limit section.
But keep in mind that if you are consistently paying your credit card bill on time, there's a good chance that Comenity Bank, the issuer, will increase your credit limit automatically.

The Stage Stores Credit Card is issued by Comenity Bank, one of the largest issuers of co-branded credit cards.
Keep in mind that the Stage Stores Credit Card is no longer accepted for purchases since October 7, 2020, and all accounts will be closed on December 1, 2020.
If you're looking for a similar card, I'd suggest the Bealls Outlet Credit Card.

You cannot prequalify for the Stage credit card. You will need to submit an application and the process is similar to what you would do to apply for almost any general bank credit card.

I had my account at around 70 to 80% full for just about a month and they lowered my score below what I owed and made my credit look bad. Then I paid it off quickly and did not make another purchase for 2 months and they closed my account so it lowered my overall available credit utilization and dropped my score. I would definitely not recommend any credit card from Comenity Bank.

I have been double finance charged for a year. Sent customer service an in writing request to replace the over chargrs onto my credit card for credit due to their error. I get email response that I need to dispute in writing and etc... You guys made Error. I sent you the screenshots attached to my app. I will pay off this card and NEVER shop at ANY of your stores or sister stores. Fix It. Have Integrity and do the work...

I hate this card so much. And the store for tricking me into debt. They told me to sign up for these magazines with the card and it would be free for the first month and then cancel itself unless I renewed it and chose to pay for them. which I never did. They continued to charge me almost 200 dollars so I called the credit card company, which took forever to speak to a person, and they said that they fixed it and took away all of the charges with a full refund. Yet just today I am being called about an overdue balance of 90 dollars!!!! I have not used this card but only once and paid it off right then and there. I'm honestly furious about this because one, I was tricked, two because I was lied to when they said it was fixed, and three because I have to pay for this so it won't screw over my credit and it was all a scam!!! I got nothing but debt and migraines from this card and I hope nobody else makes the same mistakes I did.

Beware of this credit card company Stage store credit card. If your one that goes paperless and no statements will be mail to you or email you will have to remember that you have a payment due if you use your card. Yes you received coupons but they get you on the late fees so you’re really not saving by using the coupons. By the way after complaining to them not receiving reminders on bill due and after have to pay the late fee you will start receiving emails. Hate this credit card!

I checked my CS. It was 610 TU, 609 EX.
Placed an online order and received a pop up for a Stage credit card. I don't have much padding available for my 30%. I probably am closer to 10%.
I was approved for $350. I applied code CHARGE 30 and received an additional 30% off of the original 15% off! + double points.
THEN found out the card is accepted at quite a few related stores!

Credit Limit will decrease at random dropping your credit score! Random Hard Inquiries are Also conducted dropping your credit score!! All in all Not a good company to work with! Customer service was a joke and couldn’t understand why I wanted to close an account that was constantly bringing down my credit score even though I had never been late on a payment or over my limit!!

I was charged fees then late fees then fees. So $28.22 balance appeared out of thin air without any purchase. I moved while opening the credit card account so I did not receive statements on time (or maybe they did not send it to me). Called and got $17 back. As for the rest, I was told I called too late to discuss the issue so I eat the rest loss. The customer service lady is polite. But the credit card sucks. Not even to mention I was kind of coerced to open this account.

I love my Stage credit card. It is one of the only store credit cards that I actually use, not to mention it was fairly easy to get when I was rebuilding my credit a couple of years ago. They have great sales prices, when combined with all the coupons they send you, that can't be beat. The interest rate is about the same you would have with any store credit card, but I just pay off my balance each time I use the card so it's a non-issue. The only reason I don't give the card 5 stars is because of the high store card interest rate.

The credit card is great! The offer low CL's for people with bumpy credit! Interest rate isnt so bad. You can use your card at 1800flowers too.. Making payments is easy, by mail, in store or online. They do have rewards for spending $$$ You can use the card at all stages stores. Great Card for credit building!
