- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Garlic Parmesan Sauce See notes
Instructions
Sprinkle the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Air fryer: Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes. Place some chicken wings into the basket and fry for 20 minutes flipping halfway through.
Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the chicken wings on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place chicken wings into the oven and bake for 20 minutes flip and bake for another 20 minutes.
Place the crispy chicken wings into a bowl and pour 1/2 cup of parmesan sauce over the wings and toss until coated. Serve with extra sauce on the side. Add more if you prefer.
Notes
You can buy bottled Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parmesan sauce if you dont want to make your own.
Reheat leftovers in the microwave or in the air fryer to crisp up the skin again.
Deep-fryer
- Preheat canola or peanut oil to 375 F.
- Pat wings dry.
- Fry 8-10 wings at a time, 5-6 minutes per side or until chicken is done.
- Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Toss with seasoning and/or sauce and serve.
